Once you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address provided. Please keep your order confirmation for your records. This confirmation email should arrive within a couple of minutes after placing your order. If you do not receive this within an hour, please email us to check on your order.



Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email that contains the tracking number for your package. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours after you receive this email for the tracking number to register in the FedEx, UPS or USPS tracking system.



We make every effort to ship your items as soon as we can so you can enjoy them as soon as possible.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please reach out via our online chat or email us  as soon as possible.If your order has not shipped yet, we will make every effort to cancel your shipment before it leaves. If your item has already left our warehouse, your order will be handled as a normal return. Any shipping charges that are incurred as a result of the order shipping to you will be the responsibility of the customer.



Prices shown on our website exclude taxes. We are required by law to charge sales tax on shipments made within New York because our distribution facility is based in New York. If your shipping destination is within NY, your final checkout price will include New York sales tax.



For deliveries outside the continental United States you may be required to pay import duty, custom charges or other local taxes or administration fees.

Customs policies vary so please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note you are responsible for the payment of any import duties, customs charges or any charges associated with the importation of your purchase.

We currently accept all major credit cards.



Shipping charges vary depending on the type of product purchased, the delivery location and your desired shipping carrier and speed. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Standard Ground shipping is FREE on orders over $100.



If you choose Standard Ground Shipping at checkout, your order will leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days.

We ship from the New York area, and we are closed on weekends and major holidays.

Continental U.S. orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days. If you need faster shipping, it is available to select and pay for upon check out.

Please keep in mind our standard shipping policy and estimated shipping timeframe.



Expedited shipping service is dependent on your shipping carrier and speed preference selected upon check out.

Note that orders placed with expedited shipping after 12pm ET will leave our warehouse the following business day. If you place an order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will ship Monday.

We are closed on weekends and major holidays.

Please keep this in mind when placing your expedited order.



We currently ship internationally to Canada and a few other select countries.

If you are interested in shipping to your country, please chat with us or and include your city, state/providence, and country. We will advise availability and estimated shipping costs. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any extra duties and taxes charged by your city/state/country.

Shipping charges will apply to any order shipping outside the USA, and these should be calculated at checkout.



Please refer to the product page of the bag you are interested in. The best way to know for sure is to measure the dimensions of your laptop. Each page should list the maximum laptop dimensions (in inches) that will fit in the padded laptop compartment.
