HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING I BOUGHT FROM BOCONI.COM?
If you need to return your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the PURCHASE PRICE (initial shipping costs are not refundable).
During check out, you were given an option to add-on free returns for a nominal fee. If you purchased this return option, follow the link above, and you will be prompted to enter details including order number to initiate the free return. You can opt to receive the refunded purchase price in store credit (including an additional bonus store credit) or a refund to your original payment method.
If you have not opted for free returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. BOCONI does not pay for the cost to return items.
If you were shipped the wrong item, it is defective, or the reason for your return is deemed to be the fault of BOCONI, we will review the issue. If our policies are met, we will issue a free return shipping label for you. Click here to start your return.
Returns are subject to the following conditions and restrictions:
- Final Sale products are not eligible for returns.
- Returned Products must be new, unused and unaltered condition, must contain all pieces, parts, tags and packaging
- Our refund policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, improper use or product care application.
- Products which may be defective or damaged in shipping will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of BOCONI.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM OR COLOR?
Items to be exchanged will be treated as a return.

HOW DO I RETURN ONE OF YOUR ITEMS THAT I BOUGHT AT A STORE OR ON A DIFFERENT WEBSITE?
Items that were not purchased through boconi.com cannot be returned through our website.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO SHOW UP ON MY CREDIT CARD?
After we have received your returned item, it may take 1-2 business days to be processed through our returns department. Once your item is confirmed that it is in new and unused condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card. It may take your credit card company 1-7 business days to post this transaction.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR BREAKS?
All BOCONI products purchased on Boconi.com are guaranteed for 1 year to be free from any and all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Please note that this guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. It covers manufacturer defects only.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by product abuse or neglect including abrasions in fabrics, leathers, or parts; exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids or liquids.

Please be prepared to send images of the damage and your boconi.com order number. We cannot confirm that your item is within warranty if you do not have either of these items.
Please contact us as soon as the damage starts. If it is obvious that you have continued to use the product long after the damage began your warranty may become void.
