We offer a 1-year warranty on all BOCONI products which covers manufacturing defects. Please note this does not cover normal wear and tear caused by product abuse or neglect including: abrasions in materials, drops, scrapes, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids or liquids
Warranty is void if you’ve applied leather or material treatments

Customers without an order number or proof of purchase from www.Boconi.com will not be eligible for the warranty
If you need your BOCONI product repaired after the first year, we recommend taking it to a local leather goods repair shop.

Shipping charges apply for your desired shipping method. Shipping charges vary depending on the type of product purchased and the delivery location. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Standard Ground shipping is FREE on orders over $100.

If you need to return your purchase, you may return it within 30 day for a full refund of the product purchase price.Â
During check out, you were given an option to add-on free returns for a nominal fee through REDO. If you purchased this return option, follow the link above, and you will be prompted to enter details including order number to initiate the free return for store credit + 15% bonus credit!Â
If you have NOT opted for free returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. BOCONI does not pay for the cost to return items.
If you were shipped the wrong item, it is defective, or the reason for your return is deemed to be the fault of BOCONI, we will review the issue. If our policies are met, we will issue a free return shipping label for you.  Click here to start your return.
Returns are subject to the following conditions and restrictions:
- Final Sale products are not eligible for returns
- BOCONI products must be purchased from Boconi.com for us to process a return
- Returned products must be new, unused and unaltered condition, must contain all pieces, parts, tags and packaging
- Our refund policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, improper use or product care application.
- Products which may be defective or damaged in shipping will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of BOCONI.

After we have received your returned item, it may take 1-2 business days to be processed through our returns department. Once your item is confirmed that it is in new and unused condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card. It may take your credit card company 1-7 business days to post this transaction.

All BOCONI products purchased on Boconi.com are guaranteed for 1 year to be free from any and all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

After my old wallet got ran over by a lawn mower, I tried to replace it but the company that made it had been long gone. I spent a ridiculous amount of time looking for a new wallet that checked all my boxes. I gave myself essentially an unlimted budget, I didnt care as long as it met my criteria. This was the only one that came close. I have had it about a year and it has not disappointed. 0 complaints. Hopefully if this one gets run over by a lawn mower, the company will still be around and making the same wallet. Honestly I am considering getting another one just in case...
