Shipping charges apply for your desired shipping method. Shipping charges vary depending on the type of product purchased and the delivery location. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Standard Ground shipping is FREE on orders over $100.

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING I BOUGHT FROM BOCONI.COM?

If you need to return your purchase, you may return it within 30 day for a full refund of the product purchase price. 

During check out, you were given an option to add-on free returns for a nominal fee through REDO. If you purchased this return option, follow the link above, and you will be prompted to enter details including order number to initiate the free return for store credit + 15% bonus credit! 

If you have NOT opted for free returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. BOCONI does not pay for the cost to return items.

If you were shipped the wrong item, it is defective, or the reason for your return is deemed to be the fault of BOCONI, we will review the issue. If our policies are met, we will issue a free return shipping label for you.  Click here to start your return.

Returns are subject to the following conditions and restrictions:

• Final Sale products are not eligible for returns
• BOCONI products must be purchased from Boconi.com for us to process a return
• Returned products must be new, unused and unaltered condition, must contain all pieces, parts, tags and packaging
• Our refund policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, improper use or product care application.
• Products which may be defective or damaged in shipping will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of BOCONI.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM OR COLOR?

Items to be exchanged will be treated as a return.

Please follow the steps above to return your new, unused item. Then, you can place a separate order for the item you want instead.

HOW DO I RETURN ONE OF YOUR ITEMS THAT I BOUGHT AT A STORE OR ON A DIFFERENT WEBSITE?

Items that were not purchased through boconi.com cannot be returned through our website.

Please contact the store or website where you made your purchase for details regarding their return policy.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO SHOW UP ON MY CREDIT CARD?

After we have received your returned item, it may take 1-2 business days to be processed through our returns department. Once your item is confirmed that it is in new and unused condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card. It may take your credit card company 1-7 business days to post this transaction.

 WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR BREAKS?

All BOCONI products purchased on Boconi.com are guaranteed for 1 year to be free from any and all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Please note that this guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. It covers manufacturer defects only. 

The warranty does not cover damage caused by product abuse or neglect including abrasions in fabrics, leathers, or parts; exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids or liquids.

If your product breaks within the 1-year warranty, Start a Defect Claim here.

Please be prepared to send images of the damage and your boconi.com order number. We cannot confirm that your item is within warranty if you do not have either of these items.

Please contact us as soon as the damage starts. If it is obvious that you have continued to use the product long after the damage began your warranty may become void. 

WHAT IF I NEED A REPLACEMENT PART?

We have a very limited supply of parts.  We typically recommend searching online for similar hardware or parts and working with a local cobbler for repairs. If you're in doubt or need assistance, send a chat message or email us.
