If you need to return your purchase, you may return it within 30 day for a full refund of the product purchase price.
During check out, you were given an option to add-on free returns for a nominal fee through REDO. If you purchased this return option, follow the link above, and you will be prompted to enter details including order number to initiate the free return for store credit + 15% bonus credit!
If you have NOT opted for free returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. BOCONI does not pay for the cost to return items.
If you were shipped the wrong item, it is defective, or the reason for your return is deemed to be the fault of BOCONI, we will review the issue. If our policies are met, we will issue a free return shipping label for you. Click here to start your return.
Returns are subject to the following conditions and restrictions:
- Final Sale products are not eligible for returns
- BOCONI products must be purchased from Boconi.com for us to process a return
- Returned products must be new, unused and unaltered condition, must contain all pieces, parts, tags and packaging
- Our refund policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, improper use or product care application.
- Products which may be defective or damaged in shipping will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of BOCONI.

After we have received your returned item, it may take 1-2 business days to be processed through our returns department. Once your item is confirmed that it is in new and unused condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card. It may take your credit card company 1-7 business days to post this transaction.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR BREAKS?
All BOCONI products purchased on Boconi.com are guaranteed for 1 year to be free from any and all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Please note that this guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. It covers manufacturer defects only.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by product abuse or neglect including abrasions in fabrics, leathers, or parts; exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids or liquids.

Please be prepared to send images of the damage and your boconi.com order number. We cannot confirm that your item is within warranty if you do not have either of these items.
Please contact us as soon as the damage starts. If it is obvious that you have continued to use the product long after the damage began your warranty may become void.

I received this wallet as a gift and waited a bit before I started using it. Once I went to a front pocket wallet, this became my only wallet. I love it.
The front window is key for me, as I work on a military base that requires me to take my ID completely out of the wallet to show to the front gate guard. This wallet makes that so easy; much easier than I imagine for any other wallet. Unfortunately, the leather around the front window has finally worn out and I will buy another.
Going to a front carry wallet forced me to cut down to only the needed cards and I haven't looked back. I keep one debit and one credit card in the back slots and that's all I need. Occasionally, I will stick a gift card in the second slot with the credit card and it works fine. I keep a few other items in the slot behind the ID area as well, with that area reserved for things I don't have to show often.
I really like that this wallet allows me easy access. I can go straight to my ID's, cards, or cash whichever I need. I love this design.
As this is sold out right now, I will be buying a Garth ID, as it appears to have the same design.
Such a great bag, it's become my only travel go-to. It's stylish, durable, and it holds a lot of clothes and gear.
This wallet quality feels good, and I can carry quite a bit in it. My favorite feature is the front card slot and thumb cut out for easy access to the card I use the most.
I usually never write reviews for products, however this wallet is something else. Firstly this design is so unique and I'm a sucker for it, so fun to flip for a card. Secondly I just realized I've had this wallet for over two years now... I've ran it through the wash once, ran with it into the ocean, and never once properly treated the leather. Besides the grain of the leather being worn down every stitch is spot on, there's no tears, no bad fading spots. I bought another one just now incase something would ever happen to it. Unbeatable price for an exceptional wallet that I'm convinced will last me my life.
My wife bought me this for my birthday. First satchel-style bag I've ever had. Always used backpacks before this but since I'm going back to college again she got it for me to make me feel more refined ha! Well it worked and it's very functional for online students with room for notepads, glasses, phone, 1 slim book, pen, multiple charging cables, charging brick, 2 sets up wireless earbuds, phone, passport wallet, and a screen cloth.
It's not ideal if you want something that you can really pack in there but it's helped me travel lighter than I would if I had a bigger, thicker satchel. In turn, I've carried this bag around with me everyday because it is convenient to reach in and out, throw over my shoulder or neck, toss in and out of the vehicles.
I'll admit it grows on me more and more. I work in maintenance and repair so any type of satchel is not what I imagine using but it feels good on the shoulder and neck as well as just feeling professional with it.

I can always count on Boconi to make a nice, classy bag with quality leather and an understated design. This is my second piece and I will always look here first when shopping for leather goods. I got this bag as a gift and just came back from using it over the weekend. It handled all my clothes and a couple pairs of shoes. There are some thoughtful pockets on the inside and outside. Materials are great with a nicer liner than most bags. I really enjoy the shoulder strap that is not wimpy like some other bags.
Only a couple small complaints - I could do without the scuffed finish on a few of the accent leather pieces and I wish the whole thing was made of the same wonderful leather on the sides. Also, brown was sold out but black is still quite nice. Knew this going in and still love the bag.
The word 'hunt' does not even begin to describe the mission I have been on for a bag like the Baconi Bryant. This weekender is a true weekender...pleanty of room for 3-4 days of clothes and all personal items. The pockets are endless and when I discovered the piggyback zipper on the back to attach to my rolling suitcase I was even more pleased. You cannot beat the quality of the leather, soft and aged with different hues of color in the brown, simply gorgeous. Even the bag's shoulder strap is one of the finest I have seen, padded to accommodate the weight the bag can potentially hold. If you're on the fence, BUY THIS BAG before they are gone...you will not find the quality and craftsmanship for this price by any other designer!
